Our new website enables you to be notified of new properties that match your criteria instantly, providing you have created a profile within the MyLivingroom area of our website. It’s simple to create a profile. Here is a simple five point guide.

1 ) Visit www.livingroom.gg

2 ) On the landing page you will see a black box in the top right hand corner which simply says ‘MyLivingroom’.

3 ) Once clicked the box will expand and allow new users to register their property search. If you have not already completed this process click ‘register’ now.

4 ) The intuitive sign up process will lead you through a series of questions that will help define how you wish to use Livingroom and receive information. Your search can be as specific as properties within one parish or the entire island. You can search by required TRP, price, bedroom requirements or all of the above.

5 ) Simple. Now you can sit back and know that if we are instructed on a new property you will receive notification of it at exactly the same time as any of our prospective purchasers.
