Local dining tip

If you get the chance, visit a top rated restaurant right as the season changes, especially in spring or autumn. Guernsey’s produce shifts with the seasons, offering fresh catches and garden vegetables that can’t be matched in summer crowds. Try one of the lesser-known spots on the outskirts of St. Peter Port for a quieter, more relaxed experience. It’s a good way to avoid the peak tourist rush and enjoy a meal that really speaks to local flavours.
