Martin Yabsley is Director and Personal Trainer at X The Finish Line. His goal is to bring the personal back into personal training, combining 10 years of professional sport played at the highest level with extensive knowledge of many different variations of training and nutrition. With the most competitive price on the island you don’t have to pay big for a thorough personal training programme that will suit your lifestyle, allowing you to reach your potential.
Situated in the beautiful surroundings of The Hotel Bon Port, with parking and a fully equipped gymnasium where you can work one on one, with no inductions and no waiting for machines. The aim being to put the personal back into personal training, the one to one sessions run for 30 minutes and you get four sessions for £65 including a nutrition plan to suit your dietary needs. The first session is always FREE, so give it at a try.

During the off/pre season it is a perfect time to reach these goals using various training methods.
A programme will be designed that suits your lifestyle combining a training schedule with a dietary plan. This dual method will allow you to reach a healthy state and most importantly give you the body you desire. A mixture of cardio and work within the gym will allow you to get the best from your workout.
