Including group classes, men only sessions, one to one and bespoke lessons, beginner level and sports specific courses - using mat, small equipment and the Reformer to integrate the Pilates method and create a symmetrically strong and aligned, centred body and mind.
All classes are designed to take the client through the language and repertoire of Pilates movement, introducing them to individual muscle connections and postural awareness. Through carefully guided programmes the body is worked from head to foot, with the spine taken through all its potential planes of movement. Perfect for athletes looking to enhance their performance and avoid the risk of injury, it is also suitable for first time exercisers, its slow, controlled approach means that it gives much longer term results – and it is especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems
