Welcome to Get Fit Guernsey. Our Fitness Camps produce results in less than half the time and for only a third of the cost of Personal Training. We run fitness camps 7 days a week for all ages and fitness abilities, focussing on not only getting fit but also having a great workout in a fun, relaxed and friendly environment.
What we do:
This is our most popular and successful weight loss program. Throughout the year we hold this 10 day programme which consists of 10 days of workouts, a comprehensive meal plan with done for you recipe ideas and shopping lists as well as full support from both Maddy and Andy during the 10 days. Our men only camp is specifically designed for burning fat fast and building muscle in a safe and controlled gym environment.
COMING in 2013!... a hard core outdoor camp for both men and women, this camp will test endurance and will power and will not only increase full body strength but also cardio fitness. More details to follow.
CORE AND MORE
Our pay as you go women only Sunday morning Core and More class is perfect for ladies of all fitness abilities. The class focuses on women’s ‘problem areas’ and is open to anyone, both members and non members of GFG are welcome. Classes are Sunday at 930am at Blanchelande School.
With camps both mornings and evenings 7 days a week our fitness camps have a day and time to suit everyone. Camps are for all ages and abilities and are based on interval style training with the aid of an integrated music system. By using this style of interval training we can burn more fat than long, slow aerobic alternatives so you can lose weight faster than ever before! You burn a huge number of calories during our Fitness Camp workouts and up to 48hrs later! Not only this but we ensure that for each exercise we using during our camps we have different levels of difficultly so to never over or under work anyone therefore keeping our injury occurrence to a minimum.
