Set in a picturesque wooded valley in the heart of Sark, Stocks provides the ultimate in rustic-chic charm and barefoot elegance. The finest traditions of rural hospitality blend with modern creature comforts. The hotel is family owned and personally managed, and we pride ourselves on offering excellent accommodation and superb cuisine.
The food at Stocks is sourced from local farmers and fishermen whenever possible. Exciting combinations of fresh ingredients are carefully prepared and cooked to emphasise honest flavours.
We offer a choice of dining options at Stocks. The main fine dining room offers a daily changing menu featuring an abundance of local seasonal produce. The menu in the informal Bistro & Bar is served alfresco on the poolside terrace or at tables laid in the cobbled, old stable courtyard.
The old Smugglers Bar is steeped in local history. White-washed granite walls and traditional oak beams evoke memories of pirates and privateers from a bygone era.
Nestled within the gardens is a new solar-heated swimming pool with children’s splash pool and Jacuzzi spa pool. The new-look Stocks also feature an historic old wine cave and converted quarry for magical parties under Sark’s legendary dark skies.
